💼 About This Role

You'll own client relationships and drive service expansion for enterprise and institutional accounts at Blockstream, a leading Bitcoin infrastructure company. You'll act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and translated into successful engagements. Client satisfaction and account growth are your core impact areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end client programs from scoping to sustained value delivery.
• Manage senior client relationships in banking, custody, and payments.
• Identify client needs and sell Blockstream services.
• Lead client governance forums including steering committees and QBRs.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in client management or service sales in fintech.
• Proven success managing enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling professional services.
• Experience working in regulated environments like banking or payments.
