Description

You will lead clinical revenue management projects from planning to execution, managing customer relationships, project scope, risk, and finances. Your work ensures seamless project delivery and supports healthcare organizations in optimizing revenue cycle processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field (MBA, MHA, or MPH highly desirable)
• 3-5 years of healthcare project management experience, preferably in clinical or revenue cycle
• Previous experience in professional services or consulting role
• Fundamental understanding of hospital revenue cycle management, mid-revenue cycle focus
• PMP, CAPM, RHIA or similar certification; proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as primary point of contact for key projects
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously: scoping, planning, and executing deliverables on time
• Develop project timelines, communication strategies, governance frameworks, and change management plans
• Manage project scope, identify contract amendments and upsell opportunities, and mitigate risks
• Manage internal project finance processes, support invoicing, and track customer ROI
