💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing sales team helping e-commerce businesses elevate customer support and boost sales. You'll lead discovery and demo calls, guide inbound leads through the buying journey, and build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own discovery, demo, and pricing calls tailored to prospects
  • Engage with inbound leads and guide them through the buying journey
  • Build relationships as a trusted advisor, overcoming objections
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow up after demos

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years in tech sales
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • Experience with CRM tools for data integrity and forecasting

✨ Nice to Have

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling SaaS or working with e-commerce clients
  • Knowledge of API and HTTP integrations
