💼 About This Role
You'll join a fast-growing sales team helping e-commerce businesses elevate customer support and boost sales. You'll lead discovery and demo calls, guide inbound leads through the buying journey, and build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own discovery, demo, and pricing calls tailored to prospects
- Engage with inbound leads and guide them through the buying journey
- Build relationships as a trusted advisor, overcoming objections
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and follow up after demos
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years in tech sales
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Experience with CRM tools for data integrity and forecasting
✨ Nice to Have
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling SaaS or working with e-commerce clients
- Knowledge of API and HTTP integrations
