🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team in maintenance and repair of water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Oversee customer service and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in water and wastewater maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems and components.
• Experience leading a team of workers.
• Valid commercial driver's license.

✨ Nice to Have

• Water and wastewater certifications for Missouri (Class DSII or Class C).
• Proficiency with SCADA, Microsoft Word, Excel, and maintenance programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
