💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a companion and mentor, helping them reach their full potential in home and community settings. You'll provide personal care and daily living assistance while fostering independence. This role offers flexible part-time scheduling across Montgomery and Bucks County.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation and daily tasks

📋 Requirements

• One or more years of experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience with autism or Down syndrome
• CPR/First Aid certification
