  • Advise senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Guide performance management, employee relations, and succession planning
  • Drive execution of People programs like performance reviews and talent reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership experience
  • Experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, and employee relations
  • Strong business acumen connecting people strategy to operational outcomes

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or technical functions
  • Familiarity with Workday and modern HR tech stacks
  • SHRM, HRCI, or other HR certification
