- Advise senior leaders on people strategy and business priorities
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Guide performance management, employee relations, and succession planning
- Drive execution of People programs like performance reviews and talent reviews
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership experience
- Experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions
- Expertise in organizational design, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong business acumen connecting people strategy to operational outcomes
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Product, Engineering, or technical functions
- Familiarity with Workday and modern HR tech stacks
- SHRM, HRCI, or other HR certification
