Description

You will lead cross-functional projects and manage a team of RevOps Analysts to ensure alignment and efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll oversee data governance, build revenue models, and develop executive dashboards to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related role
  • At least 1 year of team lead or senior-level project leadership experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Admin Certification highly desirable)
  • Deep experience managing and coaching a team
  • Ability to delegate workload and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Serve as RevOps point of contact for mid-level GTM managers to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects from scope definition through implementation
  • Oversee data governance framework for high data quality and consistency across revenue systems
  • Build annual revenue model and develop standardized executive-level reporting and dashboards
  • Contribute to weekly and quarterly revenue forecasting with data-backed analysis
