You'll design and develop shared frameworks and core services that power HighLevel's platform at scale. You'll drive architecture, performance, and reliability for mission-critical data platforms built on SQL(Postgres), MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and ClickHouse. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving large-scale engineering challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize large-scale clusters of SQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and ClickHouse.
• Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, SDKs, and core platform services.
• Lead design reviews, establish best practices, and mentor senior engineers.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to embed best-practice data-access patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale backend services.
• Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, ClickHouse, or similar databases.
• Proven ability to lead technically and navigate ambiguity.

• Leadership of multi-region or hybrid-cloud data platforms.
• Expertise in ClickHouse-based real-time analytics or ElasticSearch-powered search.
