💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver fraud and financial crime training for a growing digital bank, ensuring Operations colleagues have the skills to excel. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify skill gaps and drive continuous improvement through training. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape learning in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct training needs analyses with senior stakeholders
• Design and develop learner-centric training across multiple channels
• Lead inductions and deliver specialised training sessions
• Use QA and MI to measure training effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Experience delivering training in an operational environment
• Knowledge of learning and development methodologies
• Organisational and project management skills
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders in a regulated setting

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LMS platforms
• Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Kirkpatrick
• Experience in financial services
