💼 About This Role

You'll manage and develop relationships with business partners at a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform, from onboarding through launch and beyond. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll coordinate cross-functionally with Go-to-Market, Product, and Compliance to ensure partner success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day relationship with business partners
• Coordinate change processes and building of partner products
• Act as first line of defense for outsourced activities
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage and Operations

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in managing business partnerships
• Experience in financial sector, ideally brokerage firm or fintech
• Excellent communication in English and German (C1+)
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects
