You'll lead a team driving improvements in developer experience and productivity across Abridge's platform organization, evolving CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. You'll own key platform capabilities that reduce friction and increase velocity, embedding AI into the development lifecycle for a healthtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own developer tooling, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive measurable improvements in build times, deployment frequency, and onboarding.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering developer empathy.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience in rapidly growing orgs.
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams, including hiring.
• Strong execution mindset with ability to scope and prioritize work.
• Experience building platform systems that improve developer velocity and reliability.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered development tools.
• Background in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems.
