Description

You will transform raw people data into strategic business intelligence, serving as the lead architect of the People & Culture reporting ecosystem. You'll enable data-driven decision-making across the organization by building reporting tools, mentoring analysts, and implementing self-service solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Workday ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in complex Calculated Fields (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, nBox)
• Proven track record building high-stakes reports (Board decks, ESG, Annual Reports)
• Experience configuring custom reports and handling large data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Spearhead initiatives to increase adoption of P&C reporting tools and upskill staff into data champions
• Support development of the Insights roadmap prioritizing automation and self-service
• Act as consultant to business leaders, identifying analytical trends
• Implement intake framework shifting team from order-takers to problem-solvers
• Provide technical guidance to analysts and ensure high-quality system standards
