🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish and enforce structured sales methodology and forecasting.
  • Lead team to acquire and grow strategic customer accounts.
  • Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and execution plans.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.

📋 Requirements

  • 20+ years in sales management within technology.
  • Proven revenue leadership of $15M+ annual business.
  • Experience managing customers across SMB to enterprise segments.
  • Strong background in channel-driven sales in India.
