💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical bridge between infrastructure suppliers and customers, running performance benchmarks and debugging GPU cloud issues to ensure customers trust Hyperbolic's AI cloud platform. You'll design and run standardized and custom benchmarks across customer workloads and own the benchmarking infrastructure that validates performance across SKUs and setups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical point-of-contact during customer trials
• Design, run, and analyze benchmarks across customer workloads
• Diagnose performance issues (GPU utilization, NCCL, configs)
• Package benchmark results into clear reports and handoffs

📋 Requirements

• Experience running infra performance tests or ML model benchmarks
• Strong knowledge of GPU cloud infrastructure and common bottlenecks
• Clear and fast written communication for reports and handoffs
• Ability to juggle multiple trials or projects simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior customer-facing experience at a startup or devtools company
• Background as ML engineer, solutions architect, or technical account manager
