You'll partner with design teams to deliver high-quality castings and weldings for defense technology programs at Anduril Industries. Your core impact is driving supplier quality processes from prototype to production, ensuring compliance and performance. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge military systems and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with design teams for design for manufacturability feedback.
• Drive supplier quality development through design reviews and supplier process development.
• Review supplier processes to ensure alignment with mechanical sub-assembly requirements.
• Own elimination of supplier risk and support root cause corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy.
• Experience with castings for maritime, aerospace, or space applications.
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to high-rate production.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001-based QMS requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification.
• Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
