Description

Manage the day-to-day functions of the inventory department, including supervising WIP inventory, product movements, replenishments, and discrepancy reconciliation. You will coordinate with kitchen and production teams to minimize waste, maintain optimal inventory levels, and develop your team to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Two+ years experience in warehousing, production, or culinary departments
• Proficiency in data entry, calculations, and inventory management detail
• Experience supervising front line staff in performance-driven environment
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and coach

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of goods ensuring first expiry, first out and safety measures
• Utilize Holding Cooler/RTI layout to minimize food waste
• Maintain optimal WIP inventory levels to fulfill daily sales needs
• Provide timely service to kitchen and production departments while minimizing labor, waste, and quality impacts
• Develop and motivate team to solve operational issues and reach performance goals
