💼 About This Role

You'll apply advanced computational and statistical methods to single-cell and spatial omics data, generating insights for drug discovery. You'll sit within a TechBio company working on fibrosis, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. Your work directly informs disease understanding and therapy development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze single-cell and spatial multi-omics datasets to uncover disease mechanisms.
• Develop statistical and computational methods for transcriptomics data.
• Design evaluation tasks to test and refine ML models.
• Collaborate with experimental teams to validate computational hypotheses.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong experience with high-dimensional biological data like transcriptomics.
• Proficiency in Python for scientific computing and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling and quantitative methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with single-cell and/or spatial omics data.
• Familiarity with machine learning in biological research.
• Experience with Bayesian models.
