🎯 What You'll Do

• Own operational performance across Optimus, ensuring service levels and quality
• Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans and metrics
• Build and develop high-performing operational teams
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and automation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role
• Operational performance management including SLAs and KPIs
• Experience leading process improvement or transformation at scale
• Commercial and financial acumen including budget planning
