Description

You will coordinate construction installation review and work on all phases of small to medium projects or specialized phases of large projects. You'll prepare design documents, space plans, and construction documents while ensuring code compliance and collaborating with architects and senior staff.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CADD operations and computer-aided design drafting
• Understanding of construction techniques and interior materials (flooring, partitions, ceilings)
• Knowledge of ADA and Life Safety code compliancy
• Ability to work in all phases of small to medium projects
• Support and encouragement for NCIDQ certification

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design and prepare client interviews
• Create program documents, block stacking plans, space plans, and construction documents
• Coordinate construction administration including shop drawings, RFIs, and site visits
• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and furniture bid packages
• Support marketing efforts and client presentations
