💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain financial models for data center assets and support debt and equity financing transactions as a key member of deal teams. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders on project finance for a sustainable digital infrastructure company. This role offers hands-on exposure to data-center project finance at a company backed by Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain project-level financial models for data-center assets.
• Support debt financing, tax equity, and structured equity transactions.
• Review financing documents including credit agreements and term sheets.
• Prepare financial information for reporting packages and investment decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 1–3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure, or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data center, real estate, or renewable energy development.
• Familiarity with project finance debt, tax equity, or structured equity.
• Experience reviewing financing documentation or supporting transaction closings.
