Description

You will support the National Development Team on large-scale ground-up development and stadium/entertainment projects. Your role involves assisting with public-private partnerships, contract negotiations, risk mitigation, budgets, and schedules, as well as coordinating with design teams and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate development, or related field
• Law degree also required
• Hands-on experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development
• Strong understanding of development process: entitlements, design, permitting, scheduling, construction
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Support National Development Team and EVP of Construction on large-scale ground-up and stadium/entertainment projects
• Assist in negotiation of Public Private Partnerships, including Tax Increment Finance and grants
• Assist in contract negotiation and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
