Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-3 years client-facing, sales, or account management experience
• Fluent professional communication in English and French
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deploy custom solutions
• Own client projects from start to finish: scope, recruit experts, deliver outcomes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes and retention

• Work flexible hours including evenings and holidays based on client needs
