Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Merge, you will drive post-sales success for 40-50 commercial customers, handling onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and act as the customer's advocate within Merge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for software products
  • Passion for advocating on behalf of customers
  • Ability to act with high autonomy and ownership of customer portfolio
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Team player and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with technical stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues swiftly
  • Manage post-sales journey from onboarding to renewal
  • Collaborate with sales and technical services to ensure customer adoption
