Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Merge, you will drive post-sales success for 40-50 commercial customers, handling onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upsell. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and act as the customer's advocate within Merge.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management for software products
- Passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- Ability to act with high autonomy and ownership of customer portfolio
- Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-moving startup environment
- Team player and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Work with technical stakeholders to escalate and resolve issues swiftly
- Manage post-sales journey from onboarding to renewal
- Collaborate with sales and technical services to ensure customer adoption
- Manage 40-50 commercial customers
- Identify upsell opportunities and support contract renewals
