🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage listings and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from lead sources.
• Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers through CRM.
• Coordinate open-house events and other promotional activities.

📋 Requirements

• 1-year proven experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Proficient in CRM and Multiple Listing Software
• Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
• Ability to work on a graveyard shift

• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
