• Own end-to-end daily RTA operations across all lines of business.
• Act as primary source of truth during critical incidents.
• Lead and develop RTA team to high performance and autonomy.
• Build scalable queue management frameworks and playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading RTAs or workforce management teams.
• Strong operational judgment during high-pressure incidents.
• Analytical skills with deep proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience building operational frameworks and SOPs.
