You'll lead financial modeling and analytics for Flexdrive's fleet management strategy, including AV expansion. You'll own business processes, support month-end close, and partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and profitability.Flexdrive is a Lyft subsidiary building the future of AV fleet management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain complex financial models forecasting P&L impacts.
• Analyze performance trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Own and optimize core business processes across fleet operations.
• Review actual spend against forecast and drive root-cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years in business operations or financial planning & analysis.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for complex modeling.
• Experience with month-end close processes and variance analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fleet management, rideshare, or autonomous vehicles.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode) or SQL.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for reports and dashboards.
