As Director of Product Management, Banking + AP at Brex, you will define and drive the strategy for the Operating Account platform, integrating banking and accounts payable into a unified system that empowers businesses to manage their finances seamlessly. You'll lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, compliant financial solutions that strengthen Brex's competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience leading product strategy and execution in banking, payments, or financial services
• Deep understanding of regulated financial systems and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to drive product vision, roadmap, and delivery in complex domains

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year product vision and roadmap for Operating Account platform (Banking and Accounts Payable)
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities to drive AP attach and deepen operating behavior
• Oversee core banking and AP domains including accounts, ledger systems, payment rails, bill pay, and embedded financial services
• Drive integration of banking and AP capabilities into a unified operating experience
• Build, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing strong operating rhythms
