💼 About This Role

You'll execute lifecycle marketing campaigns in Iterable for a leading mental health platform. You'll own end-to-end campaign builds, support customization requests, and maintain high QA standards. This role offers hands-on production work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute campaign builds in Iterable across ad-hoc sends, multi-step journeys, and triggered programs
  • Support the customization queue by building and QA'ing customization requests
  • Apply segmentation, personalization logic, and conditional content as defined in briefs and templates
  • Maintain and contribute to QA checklists, ensuring every build is reviewed before reaching members

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or marketing operations with hands-on campaign execution
  • Experience building in Iterable or a comparable lifecycle platform (Braze, Customer.io); Iterable strongly preferred
  • Solid grasp of segmentation logic, personalization tokens, and triggered journey fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple builds simultaneously

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or B2B2C environments
