Requirements

• Minimum 4 years total professional experience, including 2-3 years focused Power Platform development
• Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Power Platform certified (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600)
• Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, or Power Pages
• Agile delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
• Lead build of advanced Canvas/Model-Driven apps with complex business logic and ALM/DevOps
• Architect integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors
• Drive solution quality through governance, environment strategy, and deployment automation
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate in Agile squads with stakeholders
