Description

You will lead a 100+ person engineering organization building, operating, and scaling digital platforms for global ecommerce, fan engagement, and data ecosystems. You'll partner with product and technology leadership to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platforms supporting millions of users.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years as a technical leader of DevOps or Systems Administration teams
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with strategic responsibilities
• Expertise in designing secure cloud services and infrastructure
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Chef), containers, Kubernetes, and NoSQL/transactional databases

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 100+ person engineering organization spanning product, platform, DevOps, and data engineering
• Partner with Product leadership to design and deliver custom-built platforms aligned to product strategy
• Oversee cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and data engineering initiatives
• Ensure security and resilience of ecommerce platforms through cybersecurity practices and vulnerability management
• Establish Incident Command Management practices, incident response playbooks, and operational readiness frameworks
