You'll provide bedside care to hospice patients and support families in a faith-based, not-for-profit ministry. This PRN role complements Otterbein's continuum of care for seniors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide bedside care to hospice patients
• Support families and caregivers
• Work closely with RN Case Manager

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• Minimum 2-4 years direct patient care in hospice or home care
