Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year
• 5+ years consulting experience in transportation design
• Solid understanding of civil/transportation design standards
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead design of transportation infrastructure projects
• Delegate design tasks to less experienced engineers
• Prepare construction bid documents (plans, specs, estimates)
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project objectives
• Assist with monitoring labor budgets and mentor staff
