You'll be the first point of contact for customers, learning all aspects of the title, payday, and signature loan business to provide best financial products. You'll handle multiple tasks while engaging with customers in person and over the phone. This role offers best-in-class training and a fast track to success with promotion from within.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their financial needs
• Process loan applications and explain terms
• Handle phone inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and cash handling

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
• Ability to work 40 hours/week including Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✨ Nice to Have

• Some college or military experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Call center experience
