You'll manage a Sales Development team and drive pipeline strategy across the Americas. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to accelerate go-to-market execution through targeted campaigns and new-logo initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to drive pipeline strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed SDR team
• Oversee inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
• Build strong relationships with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years leading a Sales Development team
• 4+ years inside sales experience
• Experience with technical products in hi-tech industry

• Experience leading teams across multiple countries and languages
