💼 About This Role

You'll lead IT and security for a primary care organization, ensuring business functions are supported with appropriate software and hardware. You'll develop and implement controls for HIPAA, SOC-2, and HITRUST compliance, and build a secure, scalable technology platform. This role offers the opportunity to recruit a team and mature vendor security risk management processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface with managed services provider for device management
• Assess, select, and implement new software/technology solutions
• Perform vendor security risk assessments for new service providers
• Develop and implement controls for HIPAA, SOC-2, and HITRUST

📋 Requirements

• College diploma and 10 years experience leading IT in healthcare
• Knowledge of virtual network infrastructure in Azure or other cloud platforms
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, SOC-2, and HITRUST requirements
• At least 8 years experience supporting healthcare information security or compliance

• Experience with GenAI tool security controls
• Experience with PHI exfiltration prevention
