You'll lead innovation and product marketing for purpose-driven consumer nutrition products, shaping product vision from concept to commercialization. You'll drive go-to-market strategy, define compelling value propositions, and influence executive decisions to directly impact revenue growth.

  • Lead end-to-end innovation and renovation strategy.
  • Build business cases and financial models for product decisions.
  • Define product positioning and messaging with Brand teams.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Brand, and Operations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10+ years in product marketing or innovation in CPG.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of bringing products from concept to commercialization.
  • Expertise in product positioning and competitive analysis.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Understanding of FDA labeling and claims compliance.
  • Familiarity with co-manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Experience in food, nutrition, or infant/maternal health.
