You'll lead innovation and product marketing for purpose-driven consumer nutrition products, shaping product vision from concept to commercialization. You'll drive go-to-market strategy, define compelling value propositions, and influence executive decisions to directly impact revenue growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end innovation and renovation strategy.
- Build business cases and financial models for product decisions.
- Define product positioning and messaging with Brand teams.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Brand, and Operations.
๐ Requirements
- 8โ10+ years in product marketing or innovation in CPG.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to commercialization.
- Expertise in product positioning and competitive analysis.
โจ Nice to Have
- Understanding of FDA labeling and claims compliance.
- Familiarity with co-manufacturing and supply chain.
- Experience in food, nutrition, or infant/maternal health.
