💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team, ensuring our Class 8 trucks and trailers remain safe and reliable. Your work keeps our fleet running efficiently, minimizing downtime. This role offers ASE certification reimbursement and internal training for career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Address aftertreatment systems, perform regens, and change filters
• Work with team to optimize vehicle performance and maintain records

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and using laptop for manuals
• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Ability to obtain two ASE certifications within 6 months

✨ Nice to Have

• MIG welding experience
• T-series ASE certifications
