Description

You will act as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor in our distribution center, partnering with site leadership and employees to drive people-centric initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive work environment. This role involves coaching managers, leading HR processes, and using people analytics to support business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of operational HR experience, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Strong coaching capability and experience developing manager capability
  • Proven experience using people data and analytics to drive business decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G-Drive and HRIS tools like SAP or Workday

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary HR contact and coach managers on employee life cycle matters
  • Lead implementation of HR processes like annual reviews, training, and succession planning
  • Develop and implement HR policies tailored to site needs
  • Drive employee engagement through analysis and targeted action plans
  • Deliver people analytics on absenteeism, turnover, retention, and engagement
