You'll own the operational infrastructure behind Dandy's Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management, designing systems and assignment logic that ensure sales teams focus on high-quality opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data architecture, and GTM systems design, requiring you to translate complex datasets into scalable processes that drive market coverage and sales productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own TAM operational infrastructure design and maintenance
• Define portfolio and pursuit assignment architecture
• Build market data enrichment and validation processes
• Monitor TAM coverage and portfolio health across teams

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in high-growth environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with account datasets and portfolio management
• Understanding of sales routing and assignment logic

• Experience designing account assignment frameworks
• Fluency in Salesforce, Looker, or modern GTM tooling
