You'll lead site engineering activities on major construction projects using augmented reality technology. You'll coordinate a team while performing daily progress capture and quality inspections. This role is on-site at a multi-billion-dollar project.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of site engineers.
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using AR device.
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings with client.
• Provide coaching and support to site engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Supervisory experience coordinating small teams.
• Understanding of construction drawings and BIM models.
• Comfort using digital construction tools and technologies.
