💼 About This Role

You'll be a key player in the AI/ML strategy for Operations, developing robust and scalable solutions to enable data-driven Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your work will directly impact business results by building training pipelines and maintaining MLOps pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build training pipelines for ML/DL models including LLMs
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring)
• Integrate AI models with front-end, back-end, and operational systems
• Monitor model performance in production and propose architectural innovations

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
• Solid experience in Machine Learning Engineering with production deployment
• Experience with full MLOps lifecycle for DL or LLM models
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vertex AI
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow, Cloud Composer)
• Experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
