You'll lead a team building next-generation healthcare software that improves patient and clinician experiences. You'll own technical architecture for consumer-facing applications and mentor growing engineers in a collaborative Agile environment. This role offers the chance to shape product from early stages while contributing code.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team architecting, building, and testing a consumer-facing application.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate wireframes into technical requirements.
• Write and maintain APIs and microservices using Go, gRPC, Twirp, and AWS.
• Perform code review and mentor team members on best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead role using Agile.
• 2+ years with Cloud Native apps on AWS, or Go, or React+TypeScript.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and HL7/FHIR standards.
• Experience with Serverless Framework or Ent.
