You'll lead a last mile logistics team at Picnic's Hub in Erding, managing daily operations and coaching your team. You'll drive efficiency and safety in a fast-growing startup. This role offers a chance to shape a newly opened location from the start.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of runners
• Plan shift schedules and oversee training
• Manage incoming deliveries and handle replenishments
• Coordinate with customer success, warehouse, and other hubs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training in logistics or retail
• First experience in team leadership
• Fluent German and basic English skills
• Valid class B driver's license
