Description

You will take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform, defining its roadmap and leading technical design to deliver scalable, innovative solutions across ITSM, CSM, HAM, and SAM. You'll develop complex integrations and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize business value, working remotely to support global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5+ years experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar in large-scale enterprise
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules (ITSM, CSM, SAM, HAM), and integration capabilities
• Extensive hands-on development in ServiceNow including JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal
• Experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform governance

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
• Develop and maintain custom applications, modules, and Service Portal components
• Build and optimize server-side scripts, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
• Drive automation, workflows, and self-service improvements to optimize operational efficiency
