You'll own internal support processes for Plenti's lending platform, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. You'll shape this role from scratch, defining responsibilities and contributing to incident response processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to internal support tickets and troubleshoot issues
• Triage unresolvable tickets to engineering teams
• Report on support metrics like MTTR and frequency
• Develop standard documentation and support runbooks

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Proven technical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Engineering teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
