💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team by providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. Using your fandom knowledge, you'll help train new recruits and ensure their success. This role covers the sales floor, opens and closes the store, and meets sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor when manager is away.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds.
