You'll lead specimen intake and accessioning operations for a cancer diagnostics lab ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You'll coordinate daily tasks, train staff, and drive team productivity to deliver excellent patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and accession specimens with accurate documentation
• Coordinate daily specimen processor staffing and assignments
• Train and coach new hires on standard operating procedures
• Cover supervisor duties including scheduling and metrics reporting

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of accessioning experience in a lab setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
