Description

You'll drive strategic and operational initiatives at MongoDB, working at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, and product management. You'll lead cross-functional projects, partner with go-to-market teams, and use data to uncover opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years experience in business strategy/operations with 2-3 years in management consulting, investment banking, or similar role at a tech company
• Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions
• Confidence using SQL; scripting language like Python or R is a plus
• Advanced Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve business operations
• Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and implement strategies
• Identify operational issues and drive process improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for cross-functional stakeholders and executive management
• Model complex financial scenarios for deals, products, and operations
