You'll join a fast-moving e-bike company to support contracts, compliance, IP, and claims management. You'll help manage injury-related claims and lawsuits while collaborating cross-functionally. This role offers hands-on legal work in a growing electric bicycle company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Maintain corporate records and compliance filings.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation.
• Manage product-related claims and discovery materials.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or Associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
• 3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in retail or consumer products.
• Knowledge of corporate, contract, IP, and litigation procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.

• Experience managing product liability or injury claims.
• Experience with legal document management software.
