• Review daily sales metrics and CRM data for team performance
• Accompany team on field visits for coaching and issue resolution
• Implement and adapt commercial strategies to market conditions
• Compile weekly field data and generate actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervising field sales teams
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and CRM data (Salesforce a plus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
